Services Provided
Wavai Technology LLC offers website development, e-commerce solutions, maintenance, and support for WordPress and Shopify platforms. Detailed descriptions of services will be outlined in project proposals or agreements.
Payment Terms
Clients are required to make payments according to the payment schedule outlined in their specific project agreement.
Payments are accepted via bank transfer or payment links.
Late payments may incur additional charges or result in a pause of work.
Project Delivery
Project timelines and delivery dates will be agreed upon in writing before project commencement.
Delays caused by client inaction or changes to project scope may result in adjustments to the final delivery date.
Revisions and Acceptance
Clients are entitled to a specified number of revisions, as detailed in the project proposal.
Final project acceptance must be provided in writing. Failure to communicate feedback within 14 days (two weeks) of project completion will be considered acceptance of the project.
Cancellation Policy
Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice. Terms related to cancellation and any applicable fees will be specified in the project agreement.
Intellectual Property Rights
Upon full payment, ownership of the final project deliverables will be transferred to the client.
Wavai Technology LLC retains the right to use completed projects for promotional purposes unless otherwise agreed.
Limitation of Liability
Wavai Technology LLC is not liable for any indirect, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with our services.
Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep project details and materials confidential unless consent has been given for disclosure.
Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions and any separate agreements whereby we provide you services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
Amendments
We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of our services after any such changes constitutes your consent to such changes.
